This article would appear to have been created by a former user (currently blocked) who created it for the sole purpose of backing up his own POV argument about the Continuation War. Moreover, it's isn't clear that the person who is the topic of this article is of any renown or that is book is well known. It's certainly questionable at the very least that there's an English language page for a guy whose work has never appeared in English. I would nominate for speedy deletion.
